Maternity Photo Session

Barilla Studios is now offering Materniy photoshoot.

    Black and White Maternity Photo

    Process:

    1. Fill out the booking form.
    2. On the message area, tell us what picture you have in mind. What clothes or dress and color are you planning to wear for the photoshoot. If anybody will join you in the photoshoot.
    3. Let us know if you prefer phone call or email. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
    4. We will plan your photoshoot up to editing and printing your final photos, according the details you will give us.
    5. During the photoshoot, you will see your pictures immediately. We can review the pictures right after the photoshoot.
    6. We will deliver the proofs with in 5 days via our digital album. Proofs photos includes basic editing.
    7. You can select the pictures for editing, retouching and printing, depends on what package you avail.
    8. Depends on your editing or retouching requirements and number of pictures, it may take 5 days to 2 weeks, to retouch and print your pictures.

    Terms and Conditions:

    1. Deposit and Payment. 50% deposit is required to schedule the photography session. The Client shall pay the remaining 50% upon completion of the photography session. The Client shall pay in full for any additional image editing or other Add Ons.
    2. Cancellations: 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the Client cancels the scheduled session within 3 days of the session.
    3. Photography Setup: We have various backdrop and backgrounds that we can use. We encourage you to bring props, clothing, and other personal items. Or we can create new setup, additional $30 plus cost of props and decors
    4. The Photographer shall not deliver any digital images or prints contracted under this agreement until the Client pays the session fee in full.
    5. The Photographer shall deliver images within five (5) business days. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. The delivery method is our Digital Photo Album via email.
    6. Specific agreement is available upon request.
    7. Prints and Cards are available on our print store.
    8. Pictures maybe used for Barilla Studios portfolio.
    9. Request for photo editing or retouching is extra fee. Unless your package includes retouching.
